Na osnovu člana 21 stav 2 Zakona o zaključivanju i izvršavanju međunarodnih ugovora ("Službeni list CG", broj 77/08), Vlada Crne Gore, na sjednici od 22. decembra 2011. godine, donijela je
Odluku
o objavljivanju Sporazuma između Crne Gore i Kraljevine Holandije o regulisanju bilateralnih ugovornih odnosa

Član 1
Objavljuje se Sporazum između Crne Gore i Kraljevine Holandije o regulisanju bilateralnih ugovornih odnosa, zaključen u formi razmjene nota od 18. januara 2007. godine i 15. novembra 2006. godine godine u originalu na engleskom jeziku.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Montenegro presents its compliments to the Royal Netherlands Embassy in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia, and njith reference to the Embasy's Note No. BEL/434-06, dated 15 November 2006, njhich reads as follonjs:
"The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Nederlands presents its compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Montenegro and has the honor to propose an Edžchange of Notes betnjeen the Kingdom of Netherlands and the Republic of Montenegro regarding the continuation of bilateral treaties njhich njere in force betnjeen the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Republic of Serbia and Montenegro. The Embassy looks fornjard to receiving a reaction from the Ministry to the enclosed draft of an Edžchange of Notes containing a list of treaties njhich the Kingdom of the Netherlands proposes to continue."
The Ministry has the honor to inform the Embassy that the Republic of Montenegro agrees to the content of the above mentioned Note, and that Embassy's Note and this Note edžpress its agreement that the treaties referred to in these notes constitute treaties betnjeen the Republic of Montenegro and the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Montenegro avails itself of this opportunity to renenj to the Royal Netherland Embassy in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia, the assurances of its highest consideration.
